The Security Shift Supervisor willsupervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on aspecific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor willact as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/FieldOperations Manager and professional security officers. Supervisestaff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition anddiscipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalentrequired
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must possess effectivewritten and oral communication and interpersonal skills withability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general publicin a professional and effective manner; must be able to useinitiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs inneat, legible handwriting;
  • Must be able to read and understandall operating procedures and instructions
  • Licensing requirementsare subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may berequired prior to employment.
  • Driving Positions:

    must possess avalid Driver’s License with at least one year of drivingexperience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more thanone minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level ofinsurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safelyoperate a vehicle required.

  • As a condition of employment,employee must successfully complete a background investigation anda post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, may be required topass Drivers Record check
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilizeinnovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
  • Abilityto handle both common and crisis situations at the client site,calmly and efficiently
  • Display exceptional customer service andcommunication skills
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at theclient site, calmly and efficiently
  • Able to:
  • Work in variousenvironments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
  • Occasionallylift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or laddersoccasionally during shift
