The SecuritySite Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery ofquality services to an assigned customer. The Security SiteSupervisor will act as a liaison between customers, OperationManagers and security officers. They will supervise site staff andprovide coaching, recognition and discipline within approvedempowerment range.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Musthave 6 months of Security experience or the equivalent
• Musthave intermediate computer skills
• Must have exceptionalcustomer service and communication skills
• Must be able to walkand stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to workoutdoors in the elements
• Possess effective written and oralcommunication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal withall levels of personnel and the general public in a professionaland effective manner
• Licensing requirements are subject to stateand/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior toemployment.
• As a condition of employment, employee mustsuccessfully complete a background investigation and a drug screenin accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Ability tohandle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to producereports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports,etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective businessmanagement
• Enforce Contract Standards
• Administers site safetyprograms outlining site-specific hazards for security officersincluding vehicle / driving safety as appropriate to corporateprocedures
• Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings
• Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooksand executive memos
• Able to:
• Occasionally lift or carry up to40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally duringshift
