The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as needed. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent loss or damage. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors. Document incidents and prepare detailed reports on security-related matters. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations. Participate in ongoing training programs related to conflict management, first aid, and emergency response. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies. Military experience or certification can be an advantage but is not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
