Founded by a former FBI Task Force Officer and Philadelphia Police veteran with 16 years of service, ISS provides elite armed security and executive protection throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. All personnel are active or retired law enforcement professionals. Position Summary We are seeking highly qualified Executive Protection Officers (EPOs) to join our elite protective services division. This role involves safeguarding executives, VIPs, and high-net-worth individuals during travel, special events, and daily operations. Assignments include mobile, static, and residential protection details.

Key Responsibilities Conduct advance work:

• and high-profile armed executive protection services Operate secure transport vehicles and perform defensive driving maneuvers as needed Maintain 360° situational awareness and readiness to neutralize threats Coordinate with local law enforcement and ISS operations center Perform residential security checks and control access at secure locations Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies or hostile events Complete detailed shift logs, incident reports, and after-action reviews Maintain client confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times Mandatory Qualifications Applicants must meet all of the following: Active or retired law enforcement officer in good standing Valid HR‑218 credentials or a License to Carry (LTC) ACT 235 certification and LTC for Pennsylvania assignments SORA certification and LTC or HR‑218 for New Jersey assignments Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Physically fit and mentally prepared for high-stress environments Must pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and reference checks Preferred Qualifications Formal Executive Protection training (ESI, Oatman, Gavin de Becker, etc.

) First Aid, CPR, or TCCC certification Defensive driving or EVOC-certified Familiarity with secure communications and GPS-based tracking Prior experience with VIP/high-threat or celebrity details Strong de-escalation and communication skills
