The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activities within designated areas. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Provide conflict management assistance when necessary, de-escalating potentially volatile situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or issues. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in loss prevention, first aid, CPR, and other relevant areas. Skills Proven experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred. Valid armed security guard certificate or license is required. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV technology is essential. Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques is highly desirable. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, staff, and law enforcement personnel.
