Site Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and adaptable Flexible Security Guard to join our security team. This role involves a combination of monitoring activities via surveillance systems and physical patrols of assigned premises to ensure safety, prevent unauthorized access, and protect property and personnel. Ideal candidates will be reliable, observant, and capable of adjusting to different environments and shift requirements. This is for 1 or 2 locations (the other being located in 19131)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of premises, both indoors and outdoors. Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity. Check for and report signs of damage, unauthorized entry, or safety hazards. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action according to protocols. Enforce access control measures and verify identification of personnel and visitors. Prepare accurate and timely reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations. Maintain communication with supervisors, emergency responders, and other staff as needed. Provide excellent customer service and assist individuals as necessary while maintaining a secure environment. Adapt to various sites and duties based on operational needs and assignments.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a security role is preferred. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies. Good physical condition; capable of standing or walking for long periods. Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Conflict resolution or de-escalation training. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
