Unarmed Security Officer Powell Asset Protection Agency Graniteville, SC Job Details Full-time $15.45 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Military Driver’s License Security 1 year Entry level Law enforcement Full Job Description Powell Asset Protection Agency is seeking candidates for a full-time unarmed security officer position to commence approximately the first week of July. The position is on a single work site in Graniteville, SC. Ideal opportunity for retired or prior military or law enforcement. Duties include protecting property against unauthorized access and coordinating emergency response to incidents of intrusion, damage, injury, or loss as well as reporting all observations and response activities.

Additional duties include the following:

• Conduct property access control procedures.
• Observe, respond and report acts of intrusion, theft, or violations of law or policy.
• Observe, respond to and report emergencies.
• All duties are to be conducted in accordance with local, state and/or federal law and client policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Selected candidates must participate in and pass a one-day company-scheduled South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) unarmed security certification training.
• All candidates must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
• All candidates must possess their own reliable transportation.
• All new hires are required to purchase their own work shoes.

All other uniform items will be provided by the company.
