Summary We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at J & J Security Company. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by implementing security protocols and responding to incidents effectively. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site. Utilize CCTV systems to oversee premises and maintain surveillance records. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks. Provide first aid and CPR as necessary in emergency situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or fraud risks. Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations when required. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Requirements Valid security officer certification or equivalent experience in law enforcement or military service. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
