The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our teammates, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, self-motivation, proactive, problem-solving individual with the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring the overall security of the premises. Duties Close coordination with local authorities during incidents Incident report writing Bi-weekly risk assessment meetings with management team Problem solving De-escalating potentially dangerous situations Close coordination with management team. Close coordination with bar staff On the fly coverage adjustments Monitoring and reviewing camera footage Asset Protection Personnel Protection Access Control Constant property patrolling Requirements Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security is preferred.
