The ideal candidate will have their own security vehicle and demonstrate a proactive approach to safeguarding premises, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols and monitoring of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure safety. Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies while maintaining professionalism and composure. Perform thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and entry points to identify security risks. Provide first aid and CPR during emergencies ( training and certification provided by the company ). Maintain detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities throughout shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns. Utilize conflict management techniques to effectively de-escalate volatile situations ( training provided by the company ).

Qualifications:

Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred ( training available for uncertified candidates ). Strong observational skills with the ability to detect suspicious behavior or activity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engagement with staff, visitors, and law enforcement personnel. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions. Must hold a valid armed security officer license or certification. Must pass required state background checks.
