As an Armed Patrol Officer in a governmentlocation, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remainingvisible to help deter security-related incidents and promote asecure environment. Your responsibilities include conductingroutine patrols, responding to incidents, and providing exceptionalcustomer service and communication. PMResponsibilities:

Provide customer service by followingsecurity procedures, site-specific policies, and responding toemergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and criticalsituations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular andrandom patrols around the location and its perimeter, with workingenvironments and conditions varying by site.

Help to deterunauthorized activity through visible presence and adherence toestablished protocols.

Document and report security-relatedincidents, observations, and activities according to siterequirements.

Assist with access control and monitor entry and exitpoints as required by site policies.

Support emergency responseactivities and coordinate with local authorities whennecessary.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Armed SecurityProfessional License is preferred.

North Carolina SecurityProfessional Guard Card is required.

An Armed Guard Card/License ispreferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess ahigh school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiableexperience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subjectto a background investigation in accordance with all federal,state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualifiedapplications with criminal histories in a manner consistent withapplicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will besubject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participatein industry-specific security training programs.

Licensingrequirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulationsand may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s licensewill be required for driving positions only.
