AJ’s is the Broadway home of Country Music Legend, Alan Jackson! The bar features real country music on every one of our four levels and nightly karaoke on the third floor.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor entrances and verify IDs to ensure a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff.
- Enforce venue policies and address unruly behavior with professionalism.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the business to maintain a visible presence and deter potential incident.
- Handle crowd control during peak hours or special events.
- Enforce company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents effectively. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary during emergencies or investigations. Skills Proficient in conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions.
