Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of individuals on the property. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing support during investigations or emergencies. Document all incidents accurately in reports for future reference and compliance purposes. Skills Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
