Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security services to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and enforce security policies
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and complete detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid TN armed security officer certificate
- Must possess Dallas Law Certifications
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
