This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and secure environment while maintaining high standards of service. The Weekend Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating activities, and addressing any issues that arise during the weekend hours. The ideal candidate will be a Rover two days and a Weekend Supervisor. Responsibilities Supervise and lead weekend staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to maintain safety and security on the premises. Address conflicts and manage any incidents that may arise, employing effective conflict management techniques. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed, ensuring the well-being of all staff and visitors. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure asset protection. Prepare reports on incidents, staff performance, and operational efficiency for management review. Skills Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable. Proficient in surveillance techniques and equipment operation, particularly CCTV systems. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications are a plus. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats.
