We have proudly served North MS and various regions throughout Tennessee & North Carolina. We are now hiring for an Armed Security Guard for an apartment building located in downtown Knoxville, TN. Applicants MUST have a background in Security or Law Enforcement, etc. As a NSO Security Officer, you will be an Independent Contractor, therefore you will furnish all of your own equipment . You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive & alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the clients emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Be at 21 least years of age. Must be able to pass a background check. Possess effective written & oral communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team and to interact with customers, clients, & visitors of all categories. Our team is VERY active, must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology. Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and effectively. Ability to de-escalate situations Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
