The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. The Armed Guard will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive measures and effective conflict management. Duties Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid when necessary. Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and identify potential threats. Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures. Experience Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred. Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Familiarity with surveillance systems and monitoring equipment. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
