The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to observe activities and identify potential security threats. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, applying conflict management techniques as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or safety hazards. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Experience Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A background in military service or related fields can be advantageous but is not mandatory. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
