Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior and ensure the safety of patrons and staff. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and enforce club policies regarding entry. Monitor crowds and respond promptly and effectively to any disturbances or incidents. Escort unruly individuals off the premises when necessary, using appropriate force as dictated by the situation and in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Drivers License. Must have reliable means of transportation. Must have an active cell phone. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with diverse groups of people. Must have the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the capacity to de-escalate conflicts effectively. Must have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations, including those related to the use of force and alcohol service, preferred. Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
