Job Description:
The Prevention Specialist is responsible for the compliance, accreditation, certification, performance improvement, and quality assurance initiatives of the organization. This position implements programs to prevent negative outcomes by working with communities, schools, and organizations by providing educational materials and advocating for policies that support prevention efforts. What you’ll be doing: Perform community prevention group sessions to children and their parents. Perform accurate and timely documentation. Coordinate days and times of required hours of groups per month to meet the standard number of hours. Outreach and Education Activities in the community. Attend and complete required training. Complete other duties as assigned.
