Highway 36 W, Rose Bud, AR 72137 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Police Officer to join our department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety and security within city limits, utilizing surveillance techniques, and responding to incidents as they arise, as well as patrol city streets. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and a commitment to upholding law enforcement standards. Duties Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity and ensure safety. Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to observe and report any incidents or irregularities. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations or emergencies. Maintain a professional demeanor while enforcing rules and regulations. Requirements Certified LEO Preferred but will consider uncertified Ability to handle conflict with professionalism and composure Military experience or certification is a plus Excellent observational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must live within 10 miles of city limits If you are committed to ensuring safety and security while maintaining professionalism in all interactions, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
