Security Gold Lion Bar & Deli 4580 Coquina Avenue, Titusville, FL 32780 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents effectively. Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety of property and personnel while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities and maintain surveillance over designated areas. Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities as required. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies. Provide assistance in conflict management situations to de-escalate potential issues. Administer first aid or CPR as needed during emergencies. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies is advantageous. Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
