This role involves implementing security protocols, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement or security, with skills in conflict management and surveillance. Duties Monitor and manage access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter designated areas. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect unauthorized activities. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure asset protection. Provide assistance during emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when needed, maintaining a professional relationship. Document incidents and prepare reports for management review. Qualifications Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies. A military background is a plus but not mandatory.
