Maintains cleanliness of work stations and equipment. Performs close watch duties as assigned. Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures. Receives periodic on-the-job training. Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitoring all employees for procedural violations. Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments. Enforces department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy. Maintains up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs. All other duties assigned. High School Diploma. No prior experience is required; however, at least 1+ years of surveillance experience is preferred. Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license. Basic computer skills and knowledge. Must be able to type at least 30 wpm. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a high stress environment. Exceptional multitasking abilities. Ability to write detailed and accurate reports. Good eye-to-hand coordination. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Hearing ability required allowing monitoring of multiple radio broadcasts with or without utilizing headsets. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Working knowledge of, and the ability to operate, various base station and handheld radios. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
