Responsibilities Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security. Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques. Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure surveillance of the property. Collaborate with law enforcement as needed to address security concerns. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
