This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training methodologies, law enforcement practices, and conflict management, ensuring that all learning initiatives are effective and impactful. Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on key areas such as loss prevention, surveillance techniques, and conflict management. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions. Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to law enforcement and security. Facilitate workshops and seminars that promote professional development among staff members. Ensure compliance with safety protocols by incorporating First Aid and CPR training into relevant programs. Utilize various instructional techniques, including e-learning platforms, to enhance the learning experience. Skills Strong understanding of CCTV systems and their application in security operations. Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations during training sessions. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Ability to militarise training content to suit specific operational needs when necessary. Proficient in loss prevention strategies and surveillance methods to ensure a safe working environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
