Must have 2-5 years verifiable experience and

As a Bouncer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of guests and staff while enforcing venue policies and regulations. Your presence will help create an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Duties Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain access. Conduct thorough checks of guests for prohibited items and maintain order at all times. Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the venue and identify potential issues before they escalate. Implement conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations involving unruly patrons. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring that you are prepared for emergencies with appropriate certifications in CPR and First Aid. Collaborate with law enforcement when required, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property within the venue. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in conflict management is a plus. Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for success in this role.
