This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action as needed. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on site. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering CPR and first aid when necessary. Document incidents and prepare reports detailing any security breaches or unusual occurrences. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and best practices. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
