This role is essential in maintaining a secure environment for our clients by monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of premises. The Door Person will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of security and customer service. Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Conduct regular surveillance of the area to identify any suspicious activity. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, implementing conflict management strategies as needed. Maintain accurate records of visitors and incidents occurring on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety and compliance. Provide excellent customer service while addressing inquiries from visitors. Requirements Proven experience in security or loss prevention roles is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations. Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
