Bail Bondsman / Recovery & Collections Agent (On-Call) for Union and Towns Co, GA A Southern Man’s Bail Bonds Georgia • Remote Overview We are currently seeking a dependable and driven individual to join our team as a Bail Bondsman / Recovery & Collections Agent . This position offers a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and unpredictable work environment. There are no set or guaranteed hours—work is strictly on-call and assignment-based . Candidates must be highly flexible and ready to respond as needed, sometimes with short notice. Responsibilities Write and process bail bonds in accordance with state laws and company policy Conduct bond recovery (pick-ups), which may involve locating and apprehending individuals who have failed to appear in court Perform in-person visits to collect bond payments from clients at their homes or agreed-upon locations Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all activities and interactions Work cooperatively with law enforcement and court officials when required Respond to calls and assignments at various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Requirements Must be at least 25 years of age Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – company vehicle provided while on duty Clean criminal background; must be able to be licensed as a bondsman if not already – company will provide training and certification Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including potentially high-stress situations Law enforcement, military, security, or previous fugitive recovery experience is a strong plus

Schedule & Availability:

This is an on-call position only —there are no set hours and no guaranteed number of hours Candidate must be flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation is provided for on-call readiness and task completion (discussed during interview)
