Job DescriptionProvide assistance and guidance to management and employees regarding gaming procedures, Regulation 6.090, minimum internal control standards, and other compliance operations. Train personnel in Regulation 6A, as well as gaming and AML reporting related systems. Submit appropriate filings to IRS and Gaming Control Board.

Maintain accurate records regarding gaming regulations and minimal internal control standards.

Read, comprehend, and interpret state gaming agency regulations to ensure property procedures are in compliance with the law.

Provide training to departments on Regulation 6A.Prepare various reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Review property and gaming procedures for compliance with minimum internal control standards and required filings. Recommend new procedures or guidelines to ensure compliance at all levels. Attend Internal Audit and Gaming Control Board Exit conferences and assist in the preparation of responses.

Assist managers, supervisors and employees whenever needed to enhance Internal control procedures in gaming related areas as well as non-gaming areas.

Stay informed and be knowledgeable of any changes in Regulation 6A policy, procedures, or regulations.

QualificationsOne to two (1-2) years of advanced gaming experience in a related position preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

CAMs certification preferred.

Must possess advanced knowledge of gaming operations, regulations, the system of internal controls, and compliance procedures.

Must be proficient in the use of gaming and AML reporting related systems.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel and other standard software (i.e., 10-key).Must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to research and organize information.

Ability to solve mathematically oriented problems with a high degree of confidentiality.

Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Must be able to demonstrate an ability to proactively identify, assess, and resolve compliance concerns in a coordinated manner with management.

Must be self-motivated and can manage time and workload effectively.

Ability to successfully acquire any licensing approvals that may be needed.
