DE-ESCALATER

to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests at our venue. This role requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to assess situations quickly, and a commitment to enforcing venue policies while ensuring the safety of all patrons. Duties Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the venue. Conduct surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to identify potential issues or disturbances. Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations before they escalate into violence or disorder. Enforce venue policies regarding age restrictions, dress codes, and behavior standards. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and report any incidents or suspicious activities. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies. Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft or other illegal activities within the venue. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A militarized background or training can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Candidates should possess excellent observational skills, be physically fit, and have a professional demeanor.
