ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Utilize necessary equipment to identify, record, document, and report illegal and unusual activities occurring in the hotel, parking garage, restaurants, administration building, and any other non-gaming areas. Report all illegal and unusual activities to the appropriate authorities Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines Promote outstanding guest relations Perform other duties as assigned
