Job Description Summary Observe gaming and non-gaming activity by monitoring electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations and rules and protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities. Job Duties Operates electronic surveillance equipment. Complete department reports as required. Reports to the Surveillance Supervisor and informs management of any illegal activity. Observes patrons and employees for cheating, theft or any other illegal activity. Cooperates with other departments with regards to surveillance reports. Attendance in court is required if needed. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Must progress through the provided training modules related to individual Table Game type processes, policies and potential integrity compromising acts. Must be able to demonstrate proficient understanding of each module to maintain progression through to the completion of the training program. Respond immediately to any activities that appear unusual or suspicious. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience preferred or combination of education and experience. Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
