The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for enforcing venue policies, managing crowd control, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively. Duties Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure safety and security. Check identification to verify the age of patrons entering the establishment. Manage crowd control by monitoring behavior and addressing any disturbances or conflicts. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle serious incidents. Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV equipment. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed. Enforce venue policies regarding dress code, behavior, and other regulations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities or individuals. Skills Strong background in law enforcement or security is preferred. Proficiency in surveillance techniques, including CCTV operation. Certification in conflict management to effectively de-escalate situations. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or misconduct. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Military experience can be an asset for understanding discipline and security protocols. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patrons and staff. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
