Our Verifications Associate will be an integral part of our operations team reporting to the Verifications Management Team. The Verifications Associate will primarily provide verification of customer identification and review KYC information.
You will be responsible for:
Reviewing and approving Customer Identification Documentation in accordance with company policy. Reviewing KYC information for accuracy and in line with customer identification information. Performing review and documenting the support for clearing possible OFAC and watchlist matches on screening systems. Performing Enhanced Due diligence and reviewing affordability documentation including but not limited to source of income and source of wealth documentation when applicable What are we looking for? We are looking for an individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a passion for sports and gaming.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong interpersonal skills Have a desire and willingness to learn, proactively maintaining awareness of policies and procedures while complying with Responsible Gambling and Regulatory requirements The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a face-paced work environment Have strong computer, literacy and numeracy skills, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask Previous experience in a customer verification, KYC or affordability / due diligence related role but this is not essential Computer skills: Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Word, and Excel What’s in it for you?
