Public Safety Officer Paupackan Lake Association Hawley, PA 18428 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Public Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all individuals on the premises. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or violations. Enforce Rules & Regulations. Requirements Fridays & Saturdays are a must. Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred. Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
