Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
• Patrol assigned areas and prevent unauthorized activities.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.
• Write detailed reports documenting observations, incidents, and actions taken.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be ACT 235 certified
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in public safety, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures.
• Basic understanding of legal principles related to public safety and security.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
