This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft services.
Responsibilities Aircraft Handling :
Marshal aircraft during arrival and departure. Assist with the parking, towing, and repositioning of aircraft on the ramp. Secure aircraft with chocks and tie-downs.
Fueling Operations :
Perform refueling and defueling of aircraft safely and efficiently. Ensure proper fuel quality checks and maintain fuel inventory records. Operate fuel trucks and other equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
Ground Support Services :
Provide ground power units (GPU) and pre-conditioned air (PCA) for aircraft. Assist with loading and unloading luggage and cargo. Clean aircraft interiors and exteriors as required.
Safety and Compliance :
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and incidents. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.
Ramp and Facility Maintenance :
Maintain a clean and organized ramp area and hangars. Conduct routine maintenance checks on ground support equipment. Assist with snow removal, de-icing, and other seasonal tasks.
Customer Service :
Interact with pilots and crew to provide assistance and answer questions. Deliver exceptional service to enhance the customer experience at the FBO. Respond to customer requests and communicate effectively with the FBO team.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other FBO staff, including customer service representatives and operations personnel. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures and best practices. Support other team members in various operational tasks as needed. Other Duties as Determined by Management These duties ensure that aircraft are handled safely and efficiently while providing a positive experience for pilots, crew, and passengers at the FBO.
