Aircraft Mechanic – UH-60
- Overview / Job Description
- : Aircraft Mechanics will be performing Phase Maintenance and Modifications for UH-60 aircraft in Guntersville, AL.
Phase Maintenance will consist of PMI 1 and 2. Mechanics will be performing extensive work on the main and tail rotors, engines, hydraulics, flight controls, etc. Modifications will include but are not limited to avionics upgrades, crew compartment upgrades, weapon system / payload upgrades and overall updates to the Blackhawk platform. Aircraft Mechanics will be working in a hangar that is based around the water / in the foot hills of the mountains. The current team is a diverse crew of people from in and around Alabama with quite a few military veterans / professionals from the Army and those who performed Defense Contract work with the SU. We are looking for people who wish to be with our client long term and who want to grow with hem as they expand their business footprint and continue to bring more work to Alabama.

- Pay and Benefits
- + The pay for this position is $36.
00. + Yearly bonuses will be available for all contract employees as well as direct employees. + 11 Paid Holidays for all Contract Employees + Once direct, employees will continue to receive Holiday Pay along with gaining PTO + Direct Employees will have the option to receive paid for training for additional qualifications such as getting your A&P License, NDT Certifications, etc.

- : 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday with OT as needed (10 hour shifts)
- Position Requirements
- : + Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience + MUST
HAVE – UH-60
(or similar Sikorsky Platform) experience + Ideal candidates at 15T (15 Tango) Mechanics from the US Army + Phase Maintenance / Depot Level / Heavy Maintenance experience required + Aircraft modification experience is a plus

- The pay range for this position is $36.00 – $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
