Technician Location:

Windsor Locks, CT Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced A&P Technician to join our team in Windsor Locks, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft. You will often work directly with clients to identify solutions, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair airframe and powerplant systems Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding aircraft status Maintain control and inventory of personal toolset Work flexible hours including unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Obtain Ground Support Equipment Qualifications and SIDA badge (if required)

Requirements:

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license Minimum of 3 years of corporate aircraft experience Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Basic PC skills and comfort with standard software tools Must own basic hand tools

$32.00 – $41.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
