Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
FAA Mechanic’s Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in business jet maintenance environment, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
APU Operation qualified.
Organizational and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics.
Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Work includes exposure to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
Work and bend in a confined workspace.
Manual dexterity required for technician.
Repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
FAA Inspection Authorization (Desired).Successful completion of at least one (1) Falcon Initial Maintenance School (Desired).Engine Run and Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Falcon aircraft (Desired).Join Dassault Falcon Jet who is building a state-of-the-art flagship Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB) in Melbourne, Florida. Dassault Falcon Jet will serve customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models.
Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a full-time Weekend Shift Aircraft Maintenance Technician in 2025 who works as part of an assigned hangar team which is comprised of both Maintenance Technicians and Quality Inspectors, in support of planned aircraft maintenance projects located at the Dassault Service Center. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician performs troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and/or electronic systems on all models of Falcon Jet corporate aircraft. A shift differential of 8% will be paid for working weekend shift.

Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as required by the work scope and to quality standards and utilize the applicable technical data relative to work performed including but not limited to maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications, fueling and de-fueling.
Familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of the normally assigned dutiesWorking knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135 as requiredComplete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCMSupport Aircraft Crew Chief with the shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCMCollaborate and cooperate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve the on time and on budget objectives of the work scopePerform daily activities toward providing services and deliverables to the customer that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectationsMaintain housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5S system of sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustainFocus on Human Factors in the workplace and drive to zero defects in workmanship and safetyObserve and administer company rules and regulations and safety policy and standard operating proceduresSupport the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectivesPerform other duties as required
