Mission of Role :
Ensure the safety, airworthiness, and reliability of aircraft by performing timely, accurate, and compliant maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Maintenance Manager Primary Areas of Responsibilities :
1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections to identify wear, damage, or regulatory non-compliance. 2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues. 3. Conduct maintenance and repairs on airframe, powerplant, and related systems per manufacturer instructions. 4. Replace or repair worn or malfunctioning components such as engines, landing gear, brakes, and avionics. 5. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with

exemption, company policies, and manufacturer specifications. 6. Maintain accurate records and logbooks for all maintenance tasks performed. 7. Properly use and maintain hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and support equipment. 8. Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and in safe working condition. 9. Complete and sign off work orders, maintenance logs, and discrepancy reports. 10. Communicate findings and actions taken to supervisors, customer advocates, engineering or supporting personnel. 11. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while working on aircraft and in hangar environments. 12. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, service, and research and development (R D). 13. Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and operations personnel to coordinate maintenance activities. 14. Provide technical input and support during aircraft troubleshooting or return-to-service assessments.

Diligently follows all established safety protocols, maintenance procedures, and instructions, ensuring that all tasks are performed with the utmost attention to detail and without any deviation from prescribed practices. 2. Consistently executes maintenance and repair tasks in strict accordance with OEM specifications and company procedures, ensuring full compliance and quality standards are met. 3. Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills and efficient problem-solving across airframe, powerplant, and avionics systems. 4. Completes tasks on time and meet maintenance schedule deadlines. 5. Shows flexibility and dependability during AOG or unscheduled maintenance events. 6. Communicates clearly about aircraft status, issues, and task progress. 7. Supports reliable, on-time aircraft dispatch and return-to-service.
Requirements:
Preferred Experience & Education:
3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance, assembly, installation, and repair of overall aircraft systems Direct experience with new product introductions within the light sport aircraft or recreational industries, including but not limited to powerboats. Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in the use of hand tools and electrical troubleshooting. Comfortable using different types of test equipment Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, service, and R D departments. Proficient in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, and work instructions accurately. Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills while under limited supervision.
Ideal Experience:
Airframe & Power plant (A&P) license LAS-RM (Light Aircraft Service – Repair and Maintenance) license Experience with Rotax 912 series engines Excellent proficiency in electrical systems, with a proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently Experience with composite repairs using carbon fiber materials is highly desirable Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with experience using applications for signing off aircraft maintenance tasks and logbooks Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical work to include bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting and working overhead for extended periods of time
