Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are currently hiring qualified candidates to join our growing team. We are looking for experienced Aircraft Repair Station Technicians. This position is responsible for performing testing, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on a variety of aircraft components. The technician will ensure that all work adheres to regulatory standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety protocols. This position requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. We are specifically looking for someone with intimate knowledge of Electromechanicals, and preferably Avionics experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on aircraft systems, and components according to FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly and accurately. Meet production and quality goals.

Documentation & Compliance:

Complete all required maintenance records, and inspection forms with accuracy and clarity. Ensure that all work performed meets FAA and company regulations, including 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer manuals, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.

Testing & Calibration:

Conduct functional tests of aircraft systems after repair to ensure proper operation. Use specialized equipment for calibration and troubleshooting.

Safety & Quality Assurance:

Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices. Identify and report any safety hazards, non-conforming parts, or discrepancies to the Maintenance Manager. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure repairs meet quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow technicians, supervisors, and engineers to achieve efficient repair processes. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with new aircraft systems and maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:
Education & Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent required. FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in repair station environment. Bench Technician Experience with Eletromechanicals and Avionics is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. Familiarity with technical manuals. Ability to use a wide range of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and software applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or elevated environments. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
