Aviation & Aerospace Maintenance We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Lead Aircraft Technician with proven experience on Bombardier Challenger 300/350 platforms to join our elite team. This role is ideal for an experienced A&P Mechanic ready to take ownership in the field and lead future maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities Perform AOG and line maintenance on Challenger 300/350 aircraft (Premier 1A experience a plus) Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs using FAA-approved technical data Execute scheduled maintenance checks (including 2400-hour inspection packages) Work independently in the field, managing tooling, parts ordering, and job documentation Interface directly with flight crews to diagnose and resolve technical issues Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is performed to FAA and company standards Lead future maintenance technicians as the team expands Qualifications Valid A&P Certificate Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience with Bombardier Challenger 300/350 Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, weather) Must have a valid driver’s license and U.S. passport Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple products Ideal Candidate Highly organized, independent, and proactive Comfortable with dynamic schedules and field work A natural leader with interest in mentoring others Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO Long-term opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a dynamic aviation environment Work on-site at a key location in South Florida’s aviation hub
