Summary:

Independently perform aircraft modifications andmaintenance, including removal and installation of airframes,landing gear, engines, electrical components, and control systemsto meet specifications and performance standards. Perform scheduledmaintenance and servicing of mechanical systems, meeting standardcompletion times. Provide work direction and promote qualitystandards among technicians. Act as Mechanical Team Lead (MTL) whenrequired. Coordinate with Inspection to ensure compliance with FAAregulations and documentation. Properly tag, store, and securecustomer property and aircraft components. Operate and supervisethe use of ground support and special equipment. Assist in aircraftmovement as needed. Train new employees on maintenance programs,manuals, and procedures. Collaborate with other departments forcomponent repairs and overhauls. Utilize material tracking systemsfor parts and labor documentation. Maintain clean and organizedworkspaces using 6S and Lean principles. Support aircraftcertification and testing, including flight tests if needed.

Properly use, maintain, and store company tools and equipment.

Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements:

HighSchool Diploma or GED required. 4 years of aviation maintenanceexperience, including 3 years on mid/large-size aircraft. Corporateaircraft experience preferred. FAA Airframe and Powerplant(A&P) Certificate required. Valid Driver’s License required.

Advanced knowledge of aircraft maintenance and inspectionprocedures. Familiarity with maintenance manuals, IPCs, servicebulletins, structural repair manuals, and engineering drawings.

Strong understanding of FAA regulations, quality control manuals,and company policies. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
