Summary:

Perform aircraft modifications and maintenanceindependently on mid-to-large size aircraft. Remove, install, andservice airframes, landing gear, engines, electrical systems, andcontrol systems. Ensure work aligns with quality standards,procedures, and test specifications. Provide direction totechnicians and act as the Mechanical Team Lead when assigned.

Coordinate with inspection and other departments to maintaincompliance and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

High SchoolDiploma or GED 4 years of aviation maintenance experience,including 3 years on mid/large-size aircraft FAA Airframe andPowerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate Valid Driver’s LicenseAdvanced knowledge of: Aircraft inspection and maintenanceprocedures Technical reference materials (MMs, IPCs, SRMs, SBs,engineering drawings, etc.) FAA regulations, repair stationpolicies, and quality control procedures Ability to read, write,speak, and understand English Must be a U.S. Person (as defined byITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Corporate aircraft experience Experiencewith computerized maintenance programs (e.g., CMP) Knowledge ofLean/6S processes Proficiency in coordinating flight testinstallations and final phase testing Experience training ormentoring junior technicians
