About the Role PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Aircraft Electrical Technician to join our high-performing team in Columbus, Mississippi. In this pivotal role, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge rotorcraft, specializing in the fabrication, installation, and repair ofplex electrical and electronic systems on military andmercial helicopters. This is a contract position with flexible duration, ideal for seasoned technicians looking to leave their mark on some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. What You’ll Do As a key player in our avionics team, you will: Assemble, install, and repair electricalelectronicponents in helicopters Perform functional checks and ensure full FAApliance Use technical blues, diagrams, and service manuals to guide your work Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and safety standards Maintain detailed documentation for every task andpleted job Operate a variety of tools and testing equipment in a high-precision environment What You Bring Required Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of avionics experience—preferably in rotorcraft Strong skills in reading and interpreting blues, diagrams, and electrical schematics Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve wiring issues Proficiency in aviation tooling and standard shop practices Must speak, read, and write English Must meet physical requirements related to lifting, movement, and PPE use Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working on the UH-72A Lakota or H-125 helicopters Familiarity with FAA regulations and rotorcraft-specific standards Ready for Takeoff? Pay Details:
$40.00 to $42.00 per hour
