FIRE ALARM SERVICE TECHNICIAN
(Davie) Fire Alarm Systems & Security, Inc compensation: based on knowledge employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Fire Alarm Service Technician Great opportunity as a Fire Alarm Technician with a 20+ year company.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose problems to ensure quality performance of systems (Install experience required)
- Communicate constantly with the Office Manager and Coordinator on delays, requirements and general status as well as maintain proper onsite paperwork and keeping accurate service tickets
- Programming, troubleshooting and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and specifications operational/product manuals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations with FASS.
- Respond to emergency after hour service calls as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3+ years of Commercial Fire Installation/Service experience.
FASA/BASA 14
hour required will provide 6 hour renewal if required
- Factory Certifications a plus
- Strong knowledge of electronics and associated circuitry and troubleshooting.
- Experience and knowledge in Potters, Gamewell/FCI, FireLite, Silent Knight, EST, Notifier, Starlink & AES Radio is preferred
