- Perform installation, service, repair, and installation of engineered and pre-engineered fire suppression systems or fire alarm systems according to company’s safety requirements
- Quote repairs to existing system including labor and materials as well as assembling parts needed and scheduling the task
- Responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality installation, service, repair, and inspections
- Professionally represent the company at all times
- Maintain proper stock of equipment, parts, and supplies
- Survey target accounts for marketing follow up
- Complete all work orders/paperwork in a professional manner

- Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds
- Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding and high lifts equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces above ceilings, etc.
- Ability to adhere to and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers
- Self-starter that can work with little to no supervision
- Have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment bg and drug test
